NDIS behaviour support involves implementing positive behaviour support plans (PBSPs) developed by registered behaviour support practitioners. Support workers carry out the strategies in the plan during daily activities, community access, and personal care, with proper documentation and reporting.

Yes. Our support workers are trained to implement behaviour support plans developed by registered practitioners. We provide detailed documentation, incident reporting, and regular updates to behaviour support practitioners and coordinators.

All staff hold NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check, and National Police Check. Workers assigned to behaviour support participants receive specific training in the participant's individual behaviour support plan, de-escalation techniques, and restrictive practices reporting.

Yes. We have experience supporting participants with a range of behavioural challenges including verbal and physical aggression, self-harm, absconding, and non-compliance. Our approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and guided by the participant's individual behaviour support plan.
